Description
-
MarÃa Angélica is a young woman who emigrated from Colombia to Canada to further her education. Always fascinated in the arts, MarÃa tells about how she was always interested in art, and how her passion led her to study art and psychology at university in Bogotá, and later in London. Now working at Museum London, MarÃa also describes her different experiences in museums in Colombia compared to museums in Canada. Then MarÃa details a recent exhibit at Museum London that represented Latin American artists, and, through the use of an interactive photo collage, the Hispanic community in London, Ontario. Finally, MarÃa reflects on the importance of photographs as a connection to her family back home.
